Due to facing redemption, distribution challenges, and competition from internally created FoHFs by financial firms, and difficulty raising additional capital, many FoHFs are for sale at affordable prices. These opportunities created an abundant hunting ground for under-appreciated FoHFs acquisitions in the U.S. and Europe. Cornerstone is established to capitalize a once in a life time opportunity.  Cornerstone is a private equity fund formed to acquire the U.S./European Funds of Hedge Funds (FoHFs). Cornerstone, a Private Equity Fund’s objective is to consolidate/restructure to establish a cost saving vehicle that the FoHFs operations resulting in a single large entity FoHF. Cornerstone intends to acquire up to four, under-appreciated U.S. FoHFs an average size of USD1 billion of AUM to take advantage of Cornerstone's access to Korean/Asian capital market.
